In Spanish, whenever you ask a question in writing, you should put an inverted question mark "¿" before the question. If you'd like to make an exclamation, it is seen as good manners to include the inverted exclamation mark "¡" in front of that sentence.

Note: You can also start the question or the exclamation in the middle of a sentence if you so desire:
